Instructions for care must be followed for better results. We cannot take responsibility for an item once it leaves our hands and is in the hands of the shipper. That's why we offer priority mail because is safe. In the case of delay, damage or loss it will be up to you to file a claim directly with the shipper if you are unhappy with their service.
