I bought a monogrammed saddle cover for my daughter. The quality is much better than I expected, the cover is thick and soft, and the monogram is beautifully done. Delivery was quick and seller was responsive.

Original item did not arrived as expected. Reached out to the seller, they immediately provided a return label, and remade and resent the saddle and stirrup covers made as originally asked. Excellent customer service and good product.
