Each hooded towel is made using a full bath soft absorbent towel (30''x54'') and has a hood attached. You can create your towel, selecting the color you would like, the font for the kids name and color for the name.

Returns and exchange details
We do NOT accept returns, we will however always work to make your experience a positive one and we want only happy customers, so communication is always the key to avoiding conflict. Instructions for care must be followed for better results. We cannot take responsibility for an item once it leaves our hands and is in the hands of the shipper. That's why we offer priority mail because is safe. In the case of delay, damage or loss it will be up to you to file a claim directly with the shipper if you are unhappy with their service.
We offer personalization services, and mistakes do happen here and there, we will be happy to correct your order and exchange the Item to the correct one, Personalized Items cannot be returned, your understanding is appreciated.
We accept Cancelations only if requested within 24 hours of order. In case of cancelation been approved after 24 hours Penalty of 10% will be charged.

Melissa, I based my stars on what the receiver said. What I really would have appreciated is a photo of the gift sent to me, the sender of the gift. Towel is perfect size and personalized just as expected. Color wasn't really true to expected color from web site.

I bought this hooded towel for my niece and it was perfect! Most hooded towels seem more toddler-sized but this was larger and perfect for a school age child. The purple was a lovely shade and the seller was able to accommodate my request for a special thread color for the name. It was also delivered super fast. Overall I am very pleased!
