We do NOT accept returns, we will however always work to make your experience a positive one and we want only happy customers, so communication is always the key to avoiding conflict. Instructions for care must be followed for better results. We cannot take responsibility for an item once it leaves our hands and is in the hands of the shipper. That's why we offer priority mail because is safe. In the case of delay, damage or loss it will be up to you to file a claim directly with the shipper if you are unhappy with their service.
We offer personalization services, and mistakes do happen here and there, we will be happy to correct your order and exchange the Item to the correct one, Personalized Items cannot be returned, your understanding is appreciated.
We accept Cancelations only if requested within 24 hours of order. In case of cancelation been approved after 24 hours Penalty of 10% will be charged.

I needed the outfit for my baby’s 6 month Photoshoot, messaged to ask about sizes since option was not available, seller made it available for 6-9 months. When order was received it definitely was NOT for 6-9 months. Onesie is at least 18 months size! Photoshoot theme was ruined and outfit useless! Very disappointed with the dishonesty of the sizes available specially after paying close to $200!
