    continued... so I insisted on the return of the item and FULL refund was told that per the shop's policy for a full refund it MUST be return next business day no exceptions and unworn. This was a huge inconvenience with personal matters and I have to arrange transportation 24 hours in advance due to my disabilities. Offered proof ... still no exceptions was told to have USPS pick it up from my door. That wasn't an option for the next day because I would not be at home I would be taking my son to his photo session during the time the mail ran. I had to pay someone to take to the USPS to ensure I got my money back this was ridiculous. The way they were speaking to me was as if I was trying to run a scam when they clearly see the error in the work that was done. It may have been small to them but a deal break for me that is why it
