Has not arrived, seller has been unhelpful and unresponsive. Told me should would send the item using UPS and then sent it with USPS despite her telling me that USPS would not be able to deliver it. Takes days to respond when I ask for an update, has not seemed to have raise a claim though I have asked her to and as the seller it cannot be raised by me. Very dissatisfied with the whole experience from this seller overall.
