My package arrived busted open, exposing the towel that was supposed to be a gift I purchased for a friend. The towel was stuffed into a tight plastic wrap, or bag and skimpily tapped at the top; totally inadequate for mailing. I would like to return this to Malissa, I don’t feel well about this.
