🧵 Personalization & Custom Orders
Can I return or exchange a personalized item?
No. All personalized or custom-made items are final sale. Please make sure to review sizing, spellings, and details before placing your order.
Can I make changes to my order after purchase?
Changes can be requested within 12 hours of purchase. After this time, your order may already be in production and cannot be modified.
How do I request a specific design, font, or thread color?
Each listing includes customization options. If you'd like something specific or don’t see what you need, feel free to message us before ordering.
📏 Sizing & Fit
How do I know what size to order?
Please refer to the size chart included in each product listing. If you’re unsure, we’re happy to assist—just send us a message before you order.
What if I ordered the wrong size?
Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for incorrect size selections on personalized items. Customers are responsible for choosing the correct size.
🚚 Shipping & Processing
How long does it take to receive my order?
Most items are made-to-order and ship within 3–5 business days. Special/custom orders may take longer—please contact us for a time estimate.
Do you offer rush orders?
Yes! If you need your item sooner, please contact us before placing your order to check availability for a rush upgrade.
Do you ship internationally?
Absolutely. We ship worldwide! Please note that international buyers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.
📦 Order Issues
What should I do if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please contact us within 1–3 days of delivery and include photos of the item. We’ll work with you to make it right.
What if my package is lost or marked as delivered but I didn’t receive it?
Please check with your local post office and neighbors first. If it’s still missing, contact us so we can help investigate.
💳 Payments, Cancellations & Promotions
Can I cancel my order?
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, we may have already started production.
Can I use multiple promotions or discount codes at checkout?
No. Only one promotion or discount applies per order. If multiple discounts are available (e.g., 10% off sitewide or 25% off a specific item), our system will automatically apply the option most favorable to you.
Do promotions on melissasstitches.com apply to other sales channels?
No. Our website is an independent platform and promotions are exclusive to this store. Offers or discounts shared on Etsy, Press 2 Impress, or other platforms are not valid on this site and vice versa.
