For some custom orders, we’ll send you a preview for approval. Production starts only after you confirm it looks perfect.

Cancellations
You can cancel your order within 24 hours. After that, your item may already be in production.

Exchanges
Custom/personalized items can’t be exchanged unless there was a mistake on our end. For eligible exchanges, buyers cover shipping both ways.
