Size Accuracy Reminder
We can’t accept returns for size mistakes on personalized pieces. Please use the size chart in each listing —or ask us if you're unsure!
Design Proofs
For some custom orders, we’ll send you a preview for approval. Production starts only after you confirm it looks perfect.
Cancellations
You can cancel your order within 24 hours. After that, your item may already be in production.
Exchanges
Custom/personalized items can’t be exchanged unless there was a mistake on our end. For eligible exchanges, buyers cover shipping both ways.
We’ll Fix Our Mistakes
If we mess something up, we’ll cover the cost to make it right.
