Because each item is made just for you, all personalized products are final sale. Double-check spellings and options before placing your order! -

We can’t accept returns for size mistakes on personalized pieces. Please use the size chart in each listing —or ask us if you're unsure! -
Design Proofs
For some custom orders, we’ll send you a preview for approval. Production starts only after you confirm it looks perfect.

Found a mistake in your order confirmation? Contact us within 12 hours so we can fix it before production starts. -
Wrong or Damaged Items?
Please let us know within 1–3 days of delivery and include photos so we can help you out quickly! -
Missing Package?
If your order shows "delivered" but you haven’t received it, check with neighbors or your post office. Still missing? Contact us and we’ll assist.
🔁 Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

Cancellations
You can cancel your order within 24 hours. After that, your item may already be in production. -
Exchanges
Custom/personalized items can’t be exchanged unless there was a mistake on our end. For eligible exchanges, buyers cover shipping both ways. -
We’ll Fix Our Mistakes
If we mess something up, we’ll cover the cost to make it right.

🧼 Care & Washing Instructions

Wash Gently
Machine wash cold, inside out, on a gentle cycle. -
Use Mild Detergent
No bleach or strong detergents, please! -
Avoid High Heat
Tumble dry low or hang dry. Do not dry clean or use high heat to protect your personalization. -
Iron Carefully
Turn inside out before ironing and use low heat. Don’t iron directly on the design! -
No Fabric Softener
It can shorten the life of your item.
