The capes are made with a beautiful double sided Satin (Choice out of two colors) and all appliques are embroidered appliqué to add an extra special detail on it. It closes on the neck with velcro, easy put it on and off. This is a make to order sale, you can choose what you would like in you cape. Numbers ( 1,2,3,4...) Initials Sizes available are as follows: Small- 12 months - 3 years old - around 23 inches from the neck down. Medium-4 - 6 years old- around 26" inches from the neck down.
